Don't really know if this should go in restorations, but it's a little project I've just got round to starting... A Mk1 that I got as a frame and forks, the stand +housing and rear wheel had been removed to go on a chopper   I took it to a friend who has welded another stand housing on for me. I am gonna try to just paint over the area without doing a full resto. The new stand housing was removed from a wreck. Sorry I will add some more pics later, just realised our no. plate is in all the pics I took earlier . I may post a couple a bits in the wanted section |

It's not too bad the mudguards are a bit too rusty for my liking, but don't want to paint them as it won't look right, the front one only has one tab?

I think just a tidy up, may restore it one day but the cost is prohibitive at the moment, not sayin' I'm skint, but chrome... NOS... and all that malarkey is not realistic right now ... Thanks for offer of guard , I'll get it stripped and see what I need.
