small update

chrome is nearly there, rear wheel was very poor to start

but came up not bad, rearly needs to be replaced but this is only going to be a decent rider

My fingers are really sore but getting there

pics later on, off to local carboot for a bit of rummaging

it was using toads method

scalpel blades to cut the top of rust of

, then these like pads, they use them in car bodyshops,


then bit of 000 wire wool and wd40 lots of elbow grease

good washdown

just to autosol them up,( will do that tomorrow ) there not mint but a lot better

I will do a seat thread when I stop driving up and down to devon every 2nd3 nights to see my nan long story

what did i say?i said the toad would sort that seat,,and look what he has done.amazing job done there toad,just amazing,you are the man when it comes to salvaging parts peeps would normally just chuck away,,amazing and brill how you do these repairs...top fella and a gentleman at the same time...well done toad.
